Case Study · The Invisible Office

Vooee runs on this.

The best proof of what we recommend is that we live inside it. Vooee's back office is agentic: AI does the repetitive work quietly in the background, and a human makes every decision that matters.

The problem

Vooee is a business of one. Client delivery, product funnels, reporting, research and admin all compete for the same pair of hands, and the admin usually wins.

What we built

Skills. Repeatable jobs are written down once as instructions an AI agent can follow: auditing a website, setting up a new client, refreshing a market-intelligence dashboard, tidying the filing. Run on demand, same standard every time.

Scheduled agents. Recurring work runs on a clock. A weekly industry radar pulls sources, analyses what changed and rebuilds its own dashboard. Orders come in, reports get drafted, follow-ups get queued.

Connected tools. The agents work across the real stack: email platform, CRM, payments, search data, calendar and the website itself, rather than living in a separate AI window that someone has to copy things out of.

A constitution. The part that makes it safe: a written set of hard lines the system obeys. Nothing gets sent to a client, paid, posted or deleted by an agent. The AI prepares the work; Jeanna approves it. Every time.

Prepared, not sent

The rule the whole office runs on. AI drafts the report, queues the email, builds the page; a human gives the go. This page, and the advisory practice it belongs to, run on exactly this system.

Your Turn

Want an invisible office of your own?

This setup can be built inside a small or medium business, shaped to the tools you already use. It's the deeper work the advisory ladder leads to.
